UNIQUE SITIA
EXTRA VIRGIN
OLIVE OIL

OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oils P.D.O. Sitia, produced in the olive mills of Sitia from the Κoroneiki variety and bottled in our premises in the city of Sitia.

The trees of Sitia that give their precious juice are among the oldest in Greece, many of them hundreds of years old. Respect for such a heavy heritage dictates that we observe every procedure that ensures the excellent quality of the product at every stage of its production, “from the field to shelf”.
The olive oil tanks are all equipped with mitrogen headspace so that the product does not come into contact with oxygen and maintains in full its quality and taste characteristics until the time of bottling and after it.

To create our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, we make a strict selection of the best olive oils that Sitia produces in every olive growing season. This is how we ensure that every time you choose a LASITIA product, you will have on your table the authentic and unique taste of Sitia that will turn your daily dishes into culinary experiences.
