UNIQUE SITIA
EXTRA VIRGIN
OLIVE OIL

OUR PRODUCTS

We focus all our craft and efforts exclusively on the Koroneiki variety of extra virgin olive oil and produce and bottle it in-house at our facilities in Sitia. The olive trees themselves are among the oldest in Greece, some of which have been standing for centuries. Given the unique nature of their oil and the ideal conditions they grow in, we ensure that our oil’s quality is thoroughly preserved right up to bottling by storing it in nitrogen headspace tanks.
