A few days before, one more Silver Award at the Olive Japan International Competition in Tokyo was won. LASITIA olive oils, already in their third year of their production, continue to win awards in demanding international competitions every year.

The Ultra-premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil SITIA 03, launches in the markets of Greece and abroad with two Silver Medals from the demanding international competitions “Olive Japan” and NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
The panels’ comments acknowledge in SITIA 03 “delicate aroma and its sweet, balanced slightly spicy taste accompanied by botanical notes”.
Extra Virgin Olive Oils 07 and 03 will be available in Greek market within the next few days.

Sitia’s top olive oil, with 30 international awards is repositioned on the market with a new image and on a healthy basis.

The new page opened with the establishment of Sitia Oils S.A. – Lasitia with the contribution of reliable partners with international prestige in agri-food, such as “K&N Efthimiadis”, “Inspiring Earth” and “Gaia Business” who join forces with the Association of Agricultural Cooperatives of Sitia.

At an event held on Thursday, October 1st in Sitia in the presence of the Ministers of Maritime Affairs & Insular Policy Mr. Plakiotakis and Minister of Rural Development & Food Mr. Vorides, it was highlighted that the aim of the partnership is to regain the awareness of the brand “PDO Sitia Lassithi Crete” in the Greek and international market starting from the upcoming olive season.
